Submitted all kind of documents even a letter from them for a card that I have received, I am now in the " verification rejected", don't really know what they want have sent them an email have not heard back for a week now, not too happy with this customer support experience from the Wirex team. Suspicious!
It’s been over 4 weeks and I STILL don’t have a response from anyone! All the ticket queues I have sent have all been “resolved”, how if nobody has spoken to me? This is all seeming a bit suspicious if you ask me, my money is legit but you have removed any access I had to it? Someone needs to contact me asap because this is UNACCEPTABLE!

Shady company with terrible customer support
I created my Wirex account last year mainly because the Cryptoback perk looked very attractive. I upgraded to the Elite plan and initially paid monthly, then decided to buy the annual subscription as that was cheaper per month and I had been enjoying the service and the benefits. However, everything changed once they greatly reduced the per-transaction caps on cryptoback very sneakily, without informing any customers by e-mail or in their blog.
