Wirex: Has no Shame In response to my asking on Trust Pilot "Is lying to customers BAU" I get this response: "Apologies for the delay caused as the refund is being processed due to overwhelming number of requests. It is estimated between 2 months or longer." Just to be Clear they went form "your refund had been successfully processed." to maybe you get it in a couple of months. Whats next maybe you get it in a couple of years!!! Also this looks like a Structual Issue. What are they doing ...
