The worst support in the industry, no joke
I have been on the internet for quite some time and seen some things, but I have never seen a support this bad, I don't think I even have a word for how bad it is, it's just laughable now, it was not even a serious topic, I contacted them over two years ago about a promotion and it is unresolved to this day (with frequent tickets) I don't even do a lot of reviews, but this support is so horrible that I would feel bad to not let people know to avoid this service at all costs

The Wirex app is fantastic, but support should respond faster.
I rate the Wirex app itself 5* as is fantastic. Fast and reliable, even under conditions of poor internet connection, with number of great functions. I also appreciate that the Wirex company itself survived regulatory pressure and unfortunate events, such as crash of Wirecard, while its competitor Nuri did not. Previously I have written a 1star review very critical of Wirexapp for not responding to my account verification queries. I am pleased to write this five star review a few months later because the Wirex Team have fixed the problem 100% and my account is now running (as it should) just fine.
