My experience: In November last year, right after submitting the documents required by them, my account became "Limited feature .... It can take up to a few hours .... no need to contact..." DO NOT USE. Worst customer service ever. And beware of using discord absolute scammers playground and although Wirex encourage to use discord they take absolutely no responsibility for what happens on there.

I joined with the App 2 months ago and online 6 weeks ago. I went through all the verification's which were far beyond any any company has demanded. I added a mastercard but my bank blocked it. Submitted all kind of documents even a letter from them for a card that I have received, I am now in the " verification rejected", don't really know what they want have sent them an email have not heard back for a week now, not too happy with this customer support experience from the Wirex team.

Terrible support / scam on bank card ordering

Last review was 10 days ago. The only place where Wirex replied. Still no contact from them regarding ordered bank card. No option to get tracking number, I guess because nothing is sent out. I paid for fast delivery, and now it has been a month and there is absolutely no communications from wirex regarding the matter.
