After they responded to my email asking me to show them the card with which I purchased the Bitcoins and an account statement where the deposit was visible ( documents I sent them promptly ) they resumed not responding. If they do not respond by Monday of next week I will open a complaint to the European arbitrage. I will make a complaint there. Account closed no refund

I complained about my account being closed some time ago. They said they would return my money to my bank account but they didn't. I believe that they have stolen it and my account is blocked. I'm sure they will reply to this email with kind words but believe me they have no intention of refunding my cash and my bit coin. I no longer believe anything they tell me. Card is blocked for a month with no communication

I've been using Wirex from 2022, and it was nice but a month ago they blocked my cards with no explanations. Support tickets are ignored (#5802285, #5802288, #5815385) Site says: "Your account is under a regular review and your account access is limited until we complete it – it shouldn’t take too long" It already takes more than a month and I have no response from the company. This is unacceptable and I am going to push this up in media.
