Awful support. My account got blocked and another verification was requested since i got a new id card. so i uploaded the new id card and proof where the funds came from. That's now over 3 weeks ago. Wirex asked me to refrain from contacting them

Wirex has restricted access to my funds (I cannot access my money). The app states that this is a standard check and will take a few hours. However, it has been 46 days. Update-Blocked account

More than a month passed and still nothing. The transfer i made more than a month ago was never received and i cannot even withdraw my money from the account because they still have it blocked like nothing happened!! Worst experience i have had so far from a service!

Wirex unblocked

Finally my wirex account has been unblocked since I posted to trust pilot. I don't see why it was in the interests of Wirex as I was using it for Forex and crypto so they were able to charge commission and profit from the account.
