Verification issus Dear all, I have had a problem with wirex account verification and I had writing to support team more then 5,6 times with no reply. I wanted to take my money and now i`m lost more then 2 hundred euros. Is it my responsability or of missing support team? So how would you feel if you were all set to go on holiday and 2 days before your departure your credit card company decided to block your card with absolutely no warning. Wirex restricted my account without any explanation. I have written multiple tickets over the past week and haven’t received a single response. Appalling customer service - no contact number or accountability.

I've been a user of wirex since nov 2019. I use the visa debit card extensively as well as the exchange and X accounts. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of wirex and thus far have never had reason for complaint. I have no hesitation or reservations in recommending wirex.
