STAY AWAY FROM WIREX
Useless company they locked my account without any reason.please give me back my money then you can close indefinitely my account. I can't recommend wirex to even my worst enemy.how come my account is locked everytime.

My account was locked without any reason!
My account was locked without any notice for several months. There is still no update regarding the situation even tho I contacted the support teams several times throughout the months. I'm extremely worried that my account gets drained as I might be subject to an inactivity fee, even tho I'm not able to interact with my account as it is locked. I'm not able to withdraw, pay or do anything. Extremely bad service with response times over 4+ months.

I am an investor in wirex crowdfunding, I have always been happy with all its features, but unfortunately for a month my account has been blocked due to document verification, which I have already provided. Again no proper customer support
Again no proper support. Looks like money is lost. On discord channel now and agent just said no SLA to close the cases. Case : 5826232. Wirex support is a never ending loop.
