The card stopped working

The card stopped working, declined every time I used it, I contacted their support and explained how it was being declined every time I used it, they replied with "send us a screen shot", as I didn't have time stood at the supermarket checkout to take a screen shot, I used my Natwest card. High grade crypto solution

This version is a big improvement! Solved all the issues from a few months back that took away from it. Now running real smooth. It is also feature rich and a very practical way to use crypto in everyday life. I.e. just chuck one of many crypto currencies or fiat currencies onto the app and spend it as u do a normal credit card.

It’s been almost 2 months since i’ve opened a ticket. They responded they will fix shortly but on the app is says contact support and my card is blocked with funds in it. This is very frustrating as I am unable to access or use my funds. Still waiting for this to be resolved.

STAY AWAY FROM WIREX

Useless company they locked my account without any reason.please give me back my money then you can close indefinitely my account. I can't recommend wirex to even my worst enemy.how come my account is locked everytime.
