Unreliable. Non-existent support

They verified me quickly, I deposited and was sent the card and as soon as I activated the card they blocked my account. Opened ticket ID #5787959 and after an automated response they are no longer responding. They took the money and the account is now blocked for two months without allowing me to do any operations. Too bad. Seemed like a reliable company, but I was definitely scammed. Not recommended.

I decided to use Wirex just for easily spending crypto with their card, but I regret this decision. A few days ago I’ve received a refund in my card due to a cancelled purchase but the refund amount has yet to be reflected in my account balance. Good App, but IBAN UNAVAILABLE :(

The app is very good and smooth, and they offer nice services, both for traditional-bank and for crypto-related things. But I have a huge issue: I created my account and I verified it (intermediate verification), but after a week I haven't received yet my IBAN and my banking details. The card stopped working, declined every time I used it, I contacted their support and explained how it was being declined every time I used it, they replied with "send us a screen shot", as I didn't have time stood at the supermarket checkout to take a screen shot, I used my Natwest card.
