Poor customer service/lack of response
Used Wirex to invest in BTC crypto. When I wanted to move BTC to my offline wallet - my 5 x requests were declined for no apparent reasons. Was told the only way to transfer the BTC was to liquidate it and move into my bank account. Then Wirex decided to block all access to my account - again for no apparent valid reasons. Not very happy
Not very happy. I converted some Litecoin to GBP as per instruction in order to get it into my bank account but the option to transfer the funds to my bank account simply does not exist. Yeah, more than a little annoying really. Oh well, looks like Wirex has all my money now.

Waiting causes plans to be delayed
I wrote to yourselves to review Wirex as I’ve waited over a month for them to open my account They looked at the review and here I am waiting still another four days. They are holding my money for where it was meant to go on 26/Feb all they do is say it being looked at I wrote a detailed email to them n still account not opened

This company is a joke
This company is a joke. For an"bank" their customer service is truly, truly shocking! This all started a few months ago, when they wanted full name, address, DOB etc for ONE incoming payment. Why are they asking such personal details? I emailed in the requested info (five times now!), albeit from a new email account, almost two months ago.
