They blocked my money for no reason

They blocked my money for no reason, I have been looking for a solution or to contact them for 6 months, but no use. I won't give up please answer…….. We wrote on Truspilot that they would find a solution to my problems, but they didn't and I'm still waiting for a solution for six months. Can anyone give me any help? Super scam

Super scam So i have deposited 250 USDT into the account as I wanted to use the card option. it is mentioned that I need to exchange the USDT into WXT I did that with 200 USDT but still didn't have the card option so I tried just to exchange back to USDT then it mentioned I needed at least 41k WXT to exchange it back to USDT> after reading the reviews here I just told to my self try to withdraw the USDT and let's see what happens on 57 USDT i Sent they took 33 USDT Fee

Coins stolen and money locked

I still have my account blocked. First was because some verification procedure. Then I got my coins stolen by a fake wirex agent on Wirex's discord channal. And so they still keep my account locked for a supposed investigation procedure. Finally Is more than 2 months that I am unable to have acces to my founds. WATCH OUT, problems closing account

The app worked fine for me, although I just used it for 2 months. After that I wanted to close the account, but it turns out the don't let me close it because I have €3 remaining in WXT token... which I can't convert because they ask for a minimum of €300 in WXT... That is insane, they are not allowing me close the account because of this and I have no intention of spending €300 + FEES to pull out €3... no way of giving them either

They stole My assets

I had 1 etherium coin stored at My wirex cards. And this month they stole it All due to "inactivity fee". Now i dont give a Damn if you Are covered legally because this is hidden in your terms of service. Taking your customers stored assets is downright theft. You had My phone number and e-mail adress and could easily have contacted me but you chose not to.
