Bad service, lost crypto
I cannot really recommend wirex. I have sent cryto from my wallet but never received it on my wirex account. I forgot to add the additional tag. Aparently support would be able to help but I have not heard back from them for over a month despite providing all the information requested (ticket 5607868, 5645228, 5653589). Furthermore, I cannot send Euros from my bank account(ticket 5637903). Also, no answer from support. Service clearly lacks. My husband has had no trouble so far, but did not ...

3 tickets outstanding no contact
Ticket numbers 5595490, 5597724 and 5597728 all outstanding from 5 days ago. No response except to "wait til you get a response". And MY funds that I deposited into the crypto space sitting in limbo. No number to call - looking like a scam. Where the hell are you wirex!
