horrible customer service, asked me for bank statement, transaction statement, sour of funds source of crypto and the account still restricted after a week. customer service is slow and keep asking the same questions which I answer and there is no results at all.

Payment not sending to my bank account
Hi I have an issue try sending payments to another debit card says pending, which is really bad, my brother works for the fca and has advised if they do not contact writhing 24 hours it will be taken further, basically my payments are saying pending and have not been received to another bank account no reason why

Financial Conduct Authority & W-pay
I have used for many years and it's has been a stable wallet. It's so easy to use.
