After my previous review
After my previous review, I received an email stating which documents I had to provide to unblock my account. Once again, I did this as quickly as possible. That was a week ago now. No response from Wirex that they are working on it or anything like that and my account is still blocked. I would like to once again request Wirex to unblock my account so that I can access my money.

WIREX stole your money!FRAUD!
I have been waiting for 8 months for my money stolen by WIREX. During this time, the support service sent me 3 letters with stories that the corresponding department is now manually handling my case. 8 MONTHS!!! All stories about violation of the rules are lies. WIREX are ordinary scammers who decided that they would make money on crypto and are now robbing their clients! Is there at least one review here on Trustpilot where the client got his money back? My account has been locked. I keep getting an automated templated response which says their looking into it, but do not answer questions. To this happens every time I ask for an update. You can't complain about the support, because there isn't any.

Beware Suspicious Wirex activity
You really can't make this stuff up !! Issues with verification and then issues with crypto transfer out of Wirex... How bad does it have to get before the FCA in the UK act against Wirex... I'm being to think they are not trading legitimately And now my withdrawal is declined !!! It's my crypto not yours Wirex scam

Good morning, At the beginning everything was fine with Wirex online banking, but since April 4, 2023 my account has been blocked with €13,551.24 and still no solution. I was told to contact customer service to find out what to do but in reality nothing was really said to me to help or reassure me. Please unblock my account so that I can get my money back. I changed from GBP to WXT and now I'm…
I changed from GBP to WXT and now I'm stuck. WXT cannot be used for card payments, it is not on the list. I tried to change from WXT to another cryptocurrency but the message is fee failed. From what I have seen, less than 38,000 WXT can be changed, which is approx. £300. It seems enormous to me. I think I lost the money.

Mixed Feelings
At first, everything was cool with Wirex. The app is great – it's handy to transfer crypto and use the card in dollars and euros. But then, problems started. They began blocking my account and asking about my connections with a car-sharing service I occasionally use lol. For now, I'll be looking for another payment system. All the best lol
