Wirex its a great app,but the support or probably the people who create it are thieves...on 06/04/23 a 1000 £ went missing from my gf account,after 1000 emails they finaly put them back in her account and block it so she cant withdraw them....close the account and said that in 30 days they will send the money to the payment method that they was deposit from.welll fuckking 2 mothns now and still no money.... Be aware of wirex!!!
Be aware of wirex!!!! I made a transfer from my bank to my wirex 29.09. Still I didn't receive it, I tried yesterday to make another transfer and today it came up with the closure of my account without any relevant reason. They do not reply all my requests to resolve an issue and don't help me to find lost transfer.
