Hi I've always had a great experience with wirex i have their visa card and it works flawlessly, however recently i sent polygon from my Trezor to wirex the eth scan Blockchain showed it going from my Trezor to my received address in wirex but there's no record of it arriving in my wallet at wirex..and it's gone to some other wallet which looks like a huge exchange that wallet homes over 1.3 million wirex tokens WXT too which suggests its a wirex wallet my problem is I've raised 3 support ...
