Be cautious of wirex!...once you are…
Be cautious of wirex!...once you are money is in, you cannot withdraw them out in the form of cash or bank transfer. I tried using my wirex cards in ATM or swipe in local convenient store and none of it works. I contacted customer services (5622099) and there has been zero response.

This is fraud!
I had some TGBP on this platform that I converted into BTC. One month after that Wirex decided, without any notice nor my consent, to revert them into TGBP. Additionally there's nothing I can do with those TGBP because: 1) the app doesn't allow me to sell/convert them, 2) no other platform now accepts TGBP anyways, 3) I lost all the BTC gains from the past month. My account has been blocked and closed since October 2023 and not even now I don’t have my refund back in my account, thy took the decision instantly to close it but when is about to get my money back they don’t even reply on email

I have been a Wirex customer for over 2…
I have been a Wirex customer for over 2 years and recently I had some suspicious transactions across my account which they decided to cancel my card without my permission. It's coming on 5 days and the card still hasn't been reactivated and the team is yet to respond after 7 emails! These guys suck.

I need to tell you about a really bad experience I had with Wirex Bank. They closed my account suddenly, and I couldn't get my remaining money for over a month. It's been a total nightmare.
