Scam with poor support!
Scam with poor support! I have no access to my own money for months, they answer only in case you leave report here, so I can recommend to use Trustpilot as a channel communication with wirex, nothing other works. I've left already two and this one third my review here, I want everybody knows that they are ignore your tickets to support totally, doesn't care if you can't use your money and wasn't be able to make workable application with useful user flow. I am trying to log into my account
I am trying to log into my account. Filled in my email and password then was told that they needed to send me a PIN to my mobile to confirm it was me. Unfortunately I had not updated my mobile number. It has taken three days so far to try and update my mobile number. To say they are being difficult is an understatement. On two ocassions they sent me a link that required them to send a PIN to my mobile. This is despite not having access to the mobile was the problem.

115 days and still not my money back.
115 days and still not my money back. Look how many days already past and they still reply with a standard text and it is all time consuming process. 115 days is plenty enough to solve a cause, you refuse to inform a customer well about his own finance because of a fake regulation note. Wirex feels they are above the law and forget it is your money they play with.

Restricts account on KYC account and stops transfers out
My account has been restricted more times than it being active, I used them a few years ago to transfer to my bank but since that stopped I didn’t log in, prices were going up so I decided to transfer to an exchange to find the transactions have been stopped on 2 occasions, decided to email support and they replied 4 days later asking me for additional information, I was not able to transfer when the price was up and they didn’t send me any notice of restrictions, only found out when I ...

Support is not helping in any way. I lost access to my account and even though I replied to all their emails giving information, now my ticket was closed. Prior I had to provide a selfie to change my phone number which was successful, afterwards, I could not be verified by the app anymore. My account is lost and I have NO ACCESS TO MY FUNDS, which will also empty out via the storage fee they have. DON'T USE WIREX IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND SANITY!

Being charged 4000$ for inactivity
On April 13, Wirex charged the storage fee in the amount of my whole account balance which was 0,057394 BTC (~4000$) instead of charging me 0.003 daily as per their ToS. Furthermore, there was no 30-days notice. In their ToS it’s said that you’ll be charged 0.003 per day for inactivity AFTER 18 months you’ll be charged. Waiting for my new Wirex Card and its tracking code
I'm sorry to have to write this review. I have had Wirex for several years and have never had any problems with customer service, but lately, I'm not very satisfied. I ordered the new Wirex card on March 20th. I paid €15 for an express delivery, and I'm still waiting to receive the tracking code and the card. Won't let withdraw the funds or close the account, and yet charge you a monthly fee
I am with Wirex Singapore. They won't let me transfer my funds account to my bank account (this feature is not available !!!). They won't let me close my account (because there is still money in it). They charge me a monthly fee to keep the account open. Contacted the customer support many times, and they say they are sorry but this is this way. It is so unbelievable, I have a hard time believing my own review.
