Great VPN -- Even on the Free Tier
I can't comment on the privacy aspects of Windscribe. They say they don't keep any logs, but they are based in Canada, which is a '5 Eyes' country.However, as regards the VPN service itself, I can hardly fault it. I had a subscription for 2 years and had no problems at all. I let that subscription lapse, as I found I couldn't really justify the expense for the amount I used the VPN and, since then, have been availing of their free 10GB / month tier. Bloody Love It!
Windscribe is one, if not my most favourite VPN I have ever used, and at such a good price, it's a bloody steal. Even on servers half way across the world, I can still get speeds over half of what I get without the VPN on. All in all it's a bloody good VPN, and with the customisable settings, and the fact that it's Canadian, who we love, it's the best option one can choose. Some Interesting Details for Linux Users (Windscribe)
What do you like best? I am writing this review just in order clarify some ideas about using and misusing this service. I have heard some thoughts that it is close to impossible to log out if you use Windscribe on Linux (Ubuntu) and that some users had even to reinstall their OS.
