Easy to follow
What do you like best? The agenda portion is the most helpful. Easy to stay on track, evaluate programs an make choices. What do you dislike? I found the messaging a little confusing and think I missed a couple messages. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping people on task and in the right places -- especially when rooms changed -- was key.

Frustrating at times, but customer support was phenomenal.
What do you like best? Jason Kim, our customer support representative. He went above and beyond what was required of him to fix problems and accommodate our needs before and during our event. Without him my overall experience would have been far less positive(still positive, but more of a 5 or 6). What do you dislike? There are a lot of features where our level of control is frustratingly less than we expected. An example off the top of my head is that we have no option to pin ...

Whova is awesome for the event attend.
What do you like best? Whova has a pretty clear user dashboard, which helps me easily find the event I would like to attend. In addition, the design and the apps color makes me feel very comfortable to use the app. What do you dislike? Hope Whova could have a reward system one day, which could cultivates more users to make their own contributions or feedback on the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Whova offers a lot of ...

The app was extremely user friendly and did not give us issues even while scanning badges rapidly
What do you like best? The navigation and ease of use were extremely helpful. The export tool was great too as we have a nice organized list of the people we communicated with! What do you dislike? The only downside which wouldn't be an issue with Whova was that occasionally we would manually enter names or other important info. That was probably due to users not entering full information when they set up their accounts. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Good Conference App
What do you like best? The app was easy to use when scanning people who stopped by our booth. At other conferences, the lead scanner often doesn't work but I didn't have any problems with Whova. Being able to view the other attendees' info and conference agenda really helps! What do you dislike? Nothing that I really dislike about the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having the option to reach out to other attendees is great.

Didn't have to think
What do you like best? Extremely intuitive; features I didn't realize I needed; stellar traffic control from event to lunch to eval to takeaways. What do you dislike? Some attachments were not viewable via mobile app (iOS). Also took me a while to find a presentation. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If I had to plan a conference like the one I attended I would definitely use Whova so that all info/agenda are at the attendees' ...

Great for conferences
What do you like best? Helped us all network/introduce ourselves w/o any requiring an in-person introduction, all while watching keynote speakers. What do you dislike? Leaderboard gaming by posting nonsense... although it lies on the hacker, it is too bad that it still funcitons. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A full conference solution. Much stronger than just meetings.
