Whova pros and cons
Easy to utilize for scanning badges, taking notes, and connecting with attendees, enhancing lead acquisition and retrieval.
Convenient access to presentations, avoiding the need to carry a paper copy of schedules.
Efficient communication options, allowing simultaneous push notification and email to all attendees, aiding in engagement and notifications scheduling.
Facilitates networking and interaction with attendees, speakers, and organizers, fostering relationships and engagements.
Interface feels slightly outdated, with limitations in sending notifications from mobile devices, requiring a laptop for certain actions on-site.
Mobile app support for notifications can be improved.

I used Whova for communication during the ARSL Conference.
What do you like best? Everything I needed was included in the app! Ways to communicate with other participants, ways to communicate with organizes, topic message boards, ways to share photos, and how to stay on task with the agenda and even take notes! It was great! What do you dislike? I didn't like that on the agenda it didn't show me all the times that a particular workshop was being held. (not sure if that is a Whova issue or something the organization could have added to each ...

App for our Annual US Fitness conference of over 270 employees
What do you like best? It was extremely easy to navigate and stay in contact with all of my colleagues. Point system was motivating and I looked forward to seeing photos and who was wining in points. What do you dislike? I would like to have access to taking pics on the app itself instead of uploading from my phone. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I realize there were more community events and everyone was welcoming on the ...

Easy to Use
What do you like best? It was easy to create my own conference schedule, and I liked getting the reminders before each session I had scheduled. I also liked being able to "see more" or "see less" with the session descriptions. What do you dislike? I did not find (although perhaps it was there) the ability to add my own events. For example, if I planned to meet up with someone at a specific time or go to dinner, I would have liked to add those items to my schedule. But as I said, ...

Useful tool for connecting pre-conference and on site
What do you like best? This app was great for reaching out to targeted attendees prior to the event and for getting updates during the event as well. What do you dislike? Sharing contact info wasn't;'t super intuitive, after the event the app was good for reminding who you met but not for reaching them outside the app. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Data

All aspects of conference covered
What do you like best? This is my 2nd conference app experience. This certainly had all most all features I wanted to see including casual conversations, interest matching, & job postings. Had to contract support to resolve multi-account issue and it was resolved in reasonable time. What do you dislike? Better if app can capture finer details of sessions. Also how leaderboard work was not clear. It seems app does take some time to sync. What problems are you solving with the ...
