Convenient access to presentations, avoiding the need to carry a paper copy of schedules.
Efficient communication options, allowing simultaneous push notification and email to all attendees, aiding in engagement and notifications scheduling.

Informative, organized, and fun!
What do you like best? I love having the agenda at hand. But most of all I love how many of the attendees were able to make connections prior to the event. What do you dislike? One of the Topics- “Break the Ice” was the hardest to navigate. You had to continuously scroll to find any new comments and attempt to distinguish which was new. It was to frustrating at times to go through so much Recommendations to others considering the product: It’s a great service, highly ...

Fantastic app for in-conference scheduling and participation
What do you like best? I've used a half dozen similar set-ups and am always underwhelmed. By contrast, Whova combines networking possibilities, event photos, interactive Q&A, and the conference schedule updated to the minute. It's perfect, all in one. What do you dislike? Really no complaints - I look forward to seeing it at more events. Recommendations to others considering the product: it is the best one-stop conference planning, directory, networking, meeting ...

Best way to connect with attendees!
What do you like best? I loved being able to meet event attendees prior to the event and see things we have in common. What do you dislike? Notifications - but you can turn these off What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a salesperson, it has allowed me to make deeper, more meaningful connections prior and post-event and track my interactions easily for follow up.

Great app for conferences.
What do you like best? Ability to network easily. Also like the ability to take notes by session and have them emailed to me. What do you dislike? Not much. Would like the ability for an attendee to agree to share their contact info on the front end versus having someone request it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Worked great from an attendee / end user standpoint. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Fosters Networking prior to the event
What do you like best? I loved the Whova app. It encourages networking ahead of the event and helps to break the ice with meeting new people. I am competitive so staying in the top ten on the leaderboard was very important to me :-) What do you dislike? I don't like only have a linear view of the icebreakers. I would like to have more of a menu or visible option and select the ones I would like. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a great networking tool ...

Easy to use.
What do you like best? Quick information guides to help you move easily through the app. What do you dislike? There should have been a map attached to the Conference so that you could geo reference yourself to rooms/sessions, meet and greets etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No paper to carry around at conference. I set my agenda ahead of the conference which made it easy for me to get where I needed to go.

I enjoyed using WHOVA
What do you like best? The community section was very useful and provided a great way to engage other attendees What do you dislike? Messages sent directly to other attendees from their contact page did not garner points in the community game. This should be changed and encouraged (high point total) since it would encourage direct contact between attendees within the App. Also...you should allow attendees to respond to multiple Ice-Breakers as not all Ice-Breaker are created ...
