Whova pros and cons
Easy to utilize for scanning badges, taking notes, and connecting with attendees, enhancing lead acquisition and retrieval.
Convenient access to presentations, avoiding the need to carry a paper copy of schedules.
Efficient communication options, allowing simultaneous push notification and email to all attendees, aiding in engagement and notifications scheduling.
Facilitates networking and interaction with attendees, speakers, and organizers, fostering relationships and engagements.
Interface feels slightly outdated, with limitations in sending notifications from mobile devices, requiring a laptop for certain actions on-site.
Mobile app support for notifications can be improved.

Great event app allows networking and participation for virtual and hybrid event attendees
What do you like best? Easy to use. Can add speakers and sponsor then have them edit their own content. Easy to change up the agenda on the fly. Also love the integration with our website. Great for printing labels from Eventbrite registrations. What do you dislike? Not as creative when it comes to setting up and managing weekly events. They are built around conferences, like most event platforms, and this make it challenging to use when hosting a weekly event with one speaker ...

How I Developed a Virtual Conference and ACED IT!
What do you like best? I was able to utilize the Chat feature with the WHOVA team whenever I was unable to fix or work through an issue. What do you dislike? There are not enough how-to video's for Admins. As well as specific to do quick sheets for my speakers i.e. telling my speakers how to access their profile and share their posters all over social media. They were not tech-savvy enough to know how. Recommendations to others considering the product: You will need to ...

Awesome!
What do you like best? Easy to navigate the system! I enjoyed that as each person began to speak, their faces would just automatically pop up on the screen, unlike Zoom. What do you dislike? I had trouble switching from sessions. I wish there was a way to keep the sessions continuous so that I don't have to keep going back to the agenda to reach each upcoming session. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? N/A

What do you like best? It was a great experience, well worth my time and It was cost saving as well. I couldn't have gone to an in person conference. Thank you! What do you dislike? Loved my experience with the app. Didn't love my desktop experience, but the app is perfect.
What do you like best? Whova just works. I could open the app on my phone at any point and go where I needed to go within one or two clicks. Navigation works. The UX works. What do you dislike? There are portions of the app experience that are not replicated on the desktop version. As a speaker answering questions, I struggled to thumb everything and keep track of contacts and more. I would've much preferred to use my desktop computer with multiple monitors and type everything. ...
