This application is simple to use, but there is issue on security
What do you like best? 1. Simple to use because all user can join directly without need to register and login 2. Server connection is stable, rarely cannot connect to the server or the server is down 3. the price is affordable, not too expensive. What do you dislike? There is issue on security, sometimes there is user with porn content coming to my room, and make it awkward. of course for now there is feature to grant permission when other user join room, but I don't feel ...

Design Studio Whereby Review
What do you like best? Not having to download any software or sign in with a code. What do you dislike? The infinite loop that appears when you share screen. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's our go-to for video calls. Not having to download software or have a code is a big benefit for us, especially when working with new clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Video chat, and team collaboration.

A friendly environment
What do you like best? As a Yoga teacher using online rooms I really appreciate not having to ask my students about their personal details, and also being able to let freely enter the session without knocking anytime. This makes it easier for me as I don't have to be interrumpted while teaching if someone has to acces again. Both procedures make it more polite, which is a very important thing for me in relationship with my students. I need an acces easy and friendly, and a nice ...

Easy to use, hard a few problems with a few participants, who couldn't make it work on all devices
What do you like best? We use it for our weekly team meetings, where it's nice that we don't have to make an invite every time. What do you dislike? I have sometimes had people in the meeting, who had problems using it. Haven't experienced it myself personally, so I don't know if it is lack of capacity on their behalf. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We haved used it with success for moving our team meetings online during ...

Easy and nice
What do you like best? The direct url to get to the videocall, and the possibility to customize it. What do you dislike? It consumes a lot of CPU resources, mainly in screen sharing. The apps for phones and tablets are not so easy to access, sometimes requires sign up for new users. Thats makes difficult to use the tool with new customers. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's good. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Good service
What do you like best? The personalization of the meeting page, logo and picture in the back. However, it is not useful to everybody so it may not be such an important or relevant feature. I have no idea hoe the customer service performs because I ever needed it, but is something to consider. What do you dislike? The reduced number of people on the paid plan. I believe the paid plans should include a much larger number of participants as their competitors do (for free by the way). ...

Brilliant
What do you like best? I've been using whereby continuously from March. And since then they've updated the program multiple times to make it even better. I have the paid plan that allows me to have three rooms and meetings up to twelve people. I can do all my individual English sessions there, and I also teach groups and organize teacher training workshops. What I like best is the "mute" option. Because of that I can organize pair work and group work activities while teaching / ...

Whereby is the perfect on-line conference tool!
What do you like best? It is very easy to log-in, not complicated at all! We can share our screens with each other while we discuss issues, it's just like sitting around a "real" table and having a meeting. What do you dislike? Honestly, I haven't experienced anything that I don't like. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Since the pandemic has curtailed our "in-person" meetings with clients and staff Whereby has provided us the ...

So much simpler than Zoom
What do you like best? Whereby is consistently the easiest way to get somebody into a video chat. It's elegantly simple, works for everyone I've sent my link to, and lets me show off with my snazzy branded URL. What do you dislike? I'd love if there were more options in the arrangement of participant videos. Google Hangouts puts your own video tiny and near the camera, which makes it much less tempting to look at in a call. What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Great Experience
What do you like best? I love the personalized domain name, the ease of use and invites, the background personalization in the paid version. What do you dislike? Anyone with the link can jump in on the call. Recommendations to others considering the product: Personalize it, add it to the calendar links that you send. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Best web conferencing tool to connect with clients so far. Client on ...
