The best online virtual meeting space out there.

What do you like best? Even before COVID-19 rocked our world, Whereby was my choice of online meeting platform. As a trainer the platform is great for me to hold intimate meetings and trainings. The quality is great, I love the branding element and waiting rooms. What do you dislike? My Mac users can't use safari, if I have older clients they get a little bamboozled in how to use the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Easy to use and reliable VTC tool with superb features, there is no need to look somewhere else

What do you like best? Quick and easy joining for external users, stability The new features such as 50 person rooms as well as the very realiable recording feature bring added value to the table. Share screen and chat functions sums up the positive experience. In some cases, when connecting via mobile phone the experience is similar: Connection stable, sharing is possible and sound quality is high in 4G+ networks. The price is reasonable for the provided service. Users can use ...

The best videoconferencing platform overall - period

What do you like best? That you can just send a link (permanent) and anyone can connect super fast to call. I've even used it to help my 74-years old mom have a birthday party with his brothers and sisters (older than her) without any technical issue (asking them to install an app or opening their computers would have been impossible) Also, the sharing feature which it won't only comprise the screen but some other apps as well (such as Google Drive, YouTube videos, Trello boards or Miro ...

Very easy to use! We use it for online lessons with one to six students

What do you like best? It is way the easiest video call software we have found. Whereby is very simple to use, and there is no need to log in for our students to take their lesson, they only need two clicks: first the students open the created link, then they authorize the webcam/mic, and they are in. Also, the interface is really easy to use, which has allowed us to just send a link by email with a few instructions. Students like the simplicity. Our students have also found it useful ...

I recommend whereby for the moments when you just want a simple and robust solution compatible to all your meeting partners computers, as long as they have a browser. What do you dislike? In the last updates we have experienced some performance issues and another annoying thing is that the text chat is not persistent. Recommendations to others considering the ...
