No download required for videocall

What do you like best? I like best the way to connect, without software to install both on desktop and mobile, and the chance to edit the link to share. What do you dislike? You can't enter a room with more than 50 people and you cant share documents. Recommendations to others considering the product: no timeouts during last 6 months, easy setup and support What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's the best way to chat ...

Easy, fast and reliable — directly in my browser

What do you like best? The best thing so far, is the ease. I love being able to send the URL directly with nothing to download or update. Guests really appreciate this and can keep the link for future meetings. With family, its makes spontaneous meetings possible as I get a notification whenever someone enters the room. What do you dislike? Up until now, it was the limitation on the number of people, but with my upgrade I'll be able to have bigger groups. Technically, at the start ...

Super easy platform to use.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to begin videos with Whereby. I simply send a link to my team or clients and we're immediately face to face. It makes it super easy for remote work. What do you dislike? The screen recording feature needs work as you can't leave the window you're in. As well, only the owner of the account can record even though we have other team members with rooms. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Whereby is Perfect for a Growing Startup!

What do you like best? My startup has been using Whereby since it was known as appear.in. We have always liked Whereby because it is extremely intuitive, runs beautifully in a browser, and is very affordable for a small startup on a budget. We also love the fact that we can customize the look of our rooms as well. We have added company logos and backgrounds to our meeting rooms which has given it a very professional feeling. What do you dislike? Running the software sometimes can ...

Very easy to use, low cost, stable video conferencing for a fraction of the price

What do you like best? I like the Pro Version which only costs $9.99/mo which allows me to host many people at once, share my screen and continue to see everyone and they continue to see me. In the free version, once you share, people see your screen but they don't see you. What do you dislike? When there's a delay or connection problem you have no idea who's connection is causing the problem. What we end up doing every time is everyone hits refresh and things tend to resume as ...

Great service for a low price

What do you like best? Is Whereby is a very good service? Yes, it is! Simple, effective, and made my life much easier with my customers. No more need for programs like skype or zoom to bloat my PC or customer's PC. Everything runs in the browser window. As a small business owner, I can create up to 3 rooms with custom URLs. This means, while I'm with a customer, my business partner can talk with the rest of the team. The rooms can be big and, in the past months, having a 12 people ...
