A Realistic Alternative to Zoom or Skype
What do you like best? Whereby is extremely user friendly. Unless you specify, there is no need for a password; there are no .exe files to download; you simply click the URL link and you are immediately connected. The clarity of the picture is superb and the on-screen controls are easy to operate. Because you are able to integrate addons such as YouTube and Whiteboards, it is not also necessary to share the screen indirectly. However, when screen sharing PDFs and similar documents, you ...

Whereby has served our business flawlessly
What do you like best? Easy to use, especially for non-technical clients. What do you dislike? The starting of screen sharing is a little to complex for our non-tech clients What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can now run our training workshops, even though COVID-19 has us locked away. It also provides a means of providing support via a web browser, without any need for software installation.

Fantastic Zoom Alternative
What do you like best? Ease of use, clean and non-cluttered design, simple for participants to join: no passwords or digital waiting rooms. What do you dislike? Some participants have difficulty getting their browser to allow video or audio. Room sizes have to be manually expanded or contacted. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great Zoom alternative with incredible UI but with some lag for slow internet or overseas calls. What problems are you solving ...

Excellent video conferencing tool
What do you like best? It is really an easy to use and very reliable video conferencing software tool. It runs without any problems. The quality of the video is really excellent. What do you dislike? Actually not much, that I would dislike. Some other software packages do have more functionality (however, you need to have the necessity for using them) Recommendations to others considering the product: No special technical requirements on your PC/laptop needed. The link to ...

Nice layout!
What do you like best? I love that the room is very customisable, so I can fit it to my brand identity and show more professionalism to my clients. What do you dislike? Occasionally I face issues with the sound. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As I have international clients, I use it s lot for meetings and for them to follow up with their projects. I've also used it to host a small course and it went very well.

Easy platform for communication
What do you like best? Easy browser able communication tool. No need to create an account, you can easily invite geusts and give a presentation on whereby. Team meetings are not a big hassle and there are a lot of sharing options available. You can easily expand the meeting room (as of now up to 50 people) so the only thing you need to worry about it who will be talking first What do you dislike? Sometimes there is some lag on the channel, making it hard for easy communication with ...

Quarantine : the show could go on!
What do you like best? Virtual rooms based on a simple URL, which allows "visitors" to enter casually. The rooms can be secured with a code though. Gsuite integration works well. What do you dislike? The chat zone has no memory (a late attendant to a meeting cannot access the conversations & links shared through the chat zone previously to his connection) There is no downloading zone to share ressources with participants. The type of compression makes it uncertain to keep ...

Easy to use, quick to get started and easy for clients to access and join calls.
What do you like best? The ease of use for clients - as our business changed, we needed to adapt to service video calls overnight. Whereby allowed us to have a platform that made it easy for our clients to join calls, without software, downloads or logins. Recommended to many and really happy with the service. A billing query was quickly resolved - impressive customer service. What do you dislike? A few glitches with chrome browser updates, but overall happy, nothing a refresh ...

Feels like bring in the room with someone else
What do you like best? One of my favorite Whereby features is end-to-end encryption. I enjoy knowing that my data is secure. I can lock the room if I need added security or unlock it if I need people to join in quickly. The interface and overall user experience feels cozy. It's worth upgrading to a Pro account if you regularly hold meetings with more than 4 people. Plus, you get to personalize the room with your own background and branding which adds to the safe and cozy feeling. ...
