The simplest solution - not just for pandemic times

What do you like best? Ease of installation and operation, reasonable price. Especially in the early stages of the pandemic, we had to quickly find a solution that would connect with our contractors and team members working in the home office without any problems. Learning new applications and configuration is almost always troublesome, especially for people with little IT knowledge. This worked out especially when we had an hour or less to meet without an agreed videoconference program. ...

Whereby is the best video conference software there is.

What do you like best? Simplicity. The only thing I need to do is to slack my colleagues " let's meet in the team room", or if it's a new contact I send them a url. And the url is easy to remember. And screen sharing is instantaneous. And it works just as well on any platform. I have no idea why this software isn't completely dominating the market. What do you dislike? It took quite a while to get Safari support, although I guess this mainly has to do with Safari's lack of WebRTC ...

Best for my situation

What do you like best? The fact that you can keep a fixed URL, because my customers just keep it as a bookmark and no one has to be reminded or send a new URL every time. What do you dislike? Having no option to stay logged in on the web like you have on the iPad Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it and put it into you signature so everytime your customers ask again where they have to go you can reply with: "It's in my signature!" What problems are ...

Easy and simple to use

What do you like best? I love the fact that you can join the meeting without having a login. It's very simple. The platform is very stable and you can easily save your link room. Even the free option is very very good. What do you dislike? Even for the pro plan, for individual use, you can't add more than 12 participants. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's a very good tool, easy to use and very stable. Is a good choice. What problems are you solving ...

Been a loyal customer for the past 6+ years!

What do you like best? The simplicity of using simple proprietary links with our team and clients. Easy to remember and nothing to install. We can get into a meeting within seconds. What do you dislike? Some compatibility issue with few browsers like Safari on the mac is sometime hard to explain a client. We need them to download Google Chrome so we can have our meetings but this is a rare case. Would love more compatibility in the future even if I understand whereby depends on ...

Instant video conferencing: no logins, no downloads

What do you like best? I love that it's so simple. I have plenty of friends and family members who aren't savvy with technology. The best thing about Whereby is that you can simply send them a link. They don't have to create an account. They don't have to download any software. They just need to click the link and we will have instant video conferencing. Easy! What do you dislike? There was one fortnight when my Whereby kept freezing and crashing. This required me to restart my ...

Hands down, the best tool for remote meetings

What do you like best? Nothing to install, just needs the browser - a dream for non technical folks. What do you dislike? A little inception when you start sharing your screen but I don't believe there's a way around that. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Remote communication with non-technical customers. There's no software to install, I send the URL, I let them into the room and we get on with things.

Hassle free video collaboration

What do you like best? The ability to casually pass a readable link to someone, click it and start your conversation really enables a more natural way of collaboration. Everyone has a browser installed, so there is no grief related to installing this and that. Video and audio quality is top notch, and its easy for people with low bandwidth to opt out of video. What do you dislike? Better browser support would be a nice addition, I have experienced some of my less tech savvy ...

Nice, accurate performance and security rock

What do you like best? Easy to work within and share a link. Easy sharing screen. Working great with weak connections. European based property, development and principles. What do you dislike? There are some options for free outside which are serious competitors. Regarding payed options, its rivals aren't good enough, Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy to manage and share. Rock build. Good features (sharing screen, chat, people can leave and get ...
