Campus Rec scheduling at its finest.

What do you like best? The ability to send messages, receive notifications, link to an email, information management. What do you dislike? There is a slight delay when employees post shifts to the board. The notifications could be quicker. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take the time to learn all of the features! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling 200 staff members and time tracking.

We use WhentoWork to schedule all of the student employees in our facility.

What do you like best? The best feature of WhentoWork is the ease of use for our student employees. They can very easily log in, set preferences, view their schedule, request trades, and the like on a very short timeline. It is also quite easy to use from an administrative standpoint as adding shifts, creating new job descriptions, and approving shift trades, drops, and pick ups. What do you like best? Easy to manage, and organize shift an schedules for students. Convenient messaging system. What do you dislike? Format is outdated, looks old. Could have more graphics, and personality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling over 150 students for reoccurring shifts throughout the semester
