"Great System"
What do you like best about When I Work? Flexibility, it's easy to learn, easy to train people on, mobile and browser friendly options allow all staff to have access and get notifications in multiple places at any given time. You can also clone week to week which makes posting next week's schedule super easy. From a payroll/attendance perspective, it's also been a very easy process to keep the team getting paid for the correct times.

What do you like best about When I Work? Flexibility, it's easy to learn, easy to train people on, mobile and browser friendly options allow all staff to have access and get notifications in multiple places at any given time. You can also clone week to week which makes posting next week's schedule super easy. From a payroll/attendance perspective, it's also been a very easy process to keep the team getting paid for the correct times.

"Fast and Easy to Manage My Remote Team"
What do you like best about When I Work? I can easily set and schedule my team that is 100% remote and all over the nation. Once I have my schedule set, When I Work converts to their timezone. My teams know precisely when they start and end their shifts.

Efficient scheduling application
PROS: The app is easy to use and I think the visual design is attractive and appealing to the eyes. CONS: I use When I Work software to assign multiple shifts to my employees every day. It is a tiring task but it allows them to know easily about their lunch break. The app show should lunch breaks more clearly.
