What do you like best? Scheduling multiple people in one consolidated place. We are a restaurant with 30 plus employees and we were able to create FOH and BOH schedules independently. What do you like best? When I work is easy to navigate, be it reading a new schedule or interacting with my coworkers What do you dislike? It is occasionally slow updating the latest schedule What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Eliminates interaction issues in person with employees who aren’t always present

Overall a great service

What do you like best? The program is easy to access from my desktop and mobile device for on-the-go usage. Building the schedule is also pretty simple with their "shift templates." What do you dislike? Shift notifications do not show the amount of time allotted for lunch breaks. It must be typed in manually in the notes section. A good platform, but a buggy implementation

What do you like best? The program has many features that are desirable in a scheduling software. The mobile app for punching in and out is an amazing idea. The abilities to have multiple job sites and allow workers to quickly request time off are also nice. What do you dislike? The mobile app is beyond buggy. It sometimes works and it sometimes doesn't. Makes. Communication a snap

What do you like best? I like the ease of communicating with coworkers with Work Chat. It makes for shift swapping easy in case of emergency. Ability to clock in or out. Check daily/weekly hours. What do you dislike? It seems to update frequently. Sometimes the updates glitch in the beginning. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Employees can chat and swap shifts amongst each other. Issuing the schedule is extremely easy.

What do you like best? It's easy to use. It gives relevant information of my schedule. Tells me how many hours I'll be working and it facilitates contact with coworkers. What do you dislike? There is nothing that I dislike so far. I wish it would do more than inform me about my schedule. For instance, I would like it to track my location when I'm working.
