Easy to Use

What do you like best? Easy to view open shifts, pick up shifts, and check work schedule. What do you dislike? Not very easy to communicate with other team members. Requires selecting individual people to send messages to. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Checking schedule and picking up extra shifts.

What do you like best? that all my coworkers are listed and their contact information so that I can get ahold of them What do you dislike? you don't get notifications when new shifts are posted sometimes you login and shifts were posted earlier that you never got a notification for the group chat doesn't notify you when someone writes you well sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't so you just have to periodically check it What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I love that this software allows me to create different schedules for several different teams; I can divide up the schedule based on department, or in my case, location. It's all in one place, and it's so convenient! I also love that it's compatible with QuickBooks--makes payroll a breeze! What do you dislike? I wish that When I Work could integrate with Bookeo, which is another product we use for bookings at our business. What business problems are you solving ...

When I work easy to navigate

What do you like best? When I work is easy to navigate, be it reading a new schedule or interacting with my coworkers What do you dislike? It is occasionally slow updating the latest schedule What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Eliminates interaction issues in person with employees who aren’t always present

What do you like best? Scheduling multiple people in one consolidated place. We are a restaurant with 30 plus employees and we were able to create FOH and BOH schedules independently. Also love the request off, drop shift and employee’s ability to update availability in real time. What do you dislike? I wish that the entire schedule would show up on the dashboard for today.
