I use it to clock in and out at work.
What do you like best? I can use the app on my phone which makes it easy to use on the go. What do you dislike? Sometimes the app does not work if I dont have a strong signal on my phone. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It keeps everyone connected by having all of the employee schedules visible.

When I Work app
What do you like best? It is nice to have your work schedule right on your phone or other mobile device. Fairly easy to use. Can communicate with employer and colleagues in regards to schedule changes or picking up shifts. What do you dislike? I feel that this app could be made more user friendly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Paperless schedules.

What do you like best? It is nice to have your work schedule right on your phone or other mobile device. Fairly easy to use. Can communicate with employer and colleagues in regards to schedule changes or picking up shifts. What do you dislike? I feel that this app could be made more user friendly. What do you like best? I love how user friendly the website and the app works wonderfully. You can easily check your schedule, request time off and even chat/communicate with staff. User friendly
What do you like best? There isn’t much to this software but I like that about it. What do you dislike? Nothing besides it having some issues with adding lunch breaks every now an again. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easier to schedule

Stay Away From This App
What do you like best? Nothing this app is total garbage and I advise employers to stay away from this app. What do you dislike? I signed up for this app and manage over 50 employees and this app has been total crap, it do not work well with smartphones and Iphones. It forever freezing up, the app also changes work times, and more problems to long to list. This app is not worth the headache. It takes support 24-48 hours to return a message or offer to help you. Efficient workplace tool
What do you like best? The option to make our teams schedules, switch shifts, and communicate via the chat are all amazing features. I loved the ease of clocking in and out of shifts and breaks with the app. What do you dislike? I disliked that the app did have problems with freezing and crashing fairly often What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The app has greatly helped with our previous scheduling conflicts.
