For the first company, we had to schedule a certain amount of coaches to work at a time and the shift drop/pick up functionality helped staff find shift replacements fairly easily. Extremely easy to keep track of my second job

What do you like best? Easy to clock in/clock out (with reminders if you're late), easy to edit your own shifts if you forgot to clock in so I don't have to bug my boss. What do you dislike? There's a few too many steps to clocking in and out. I've thought I've clocked in a few times only to forget to hit the last button. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? I love the color coordination. It’s easy on the eyes to visually see each person color coded. I like to code shifts by team and each team is a color. What do you dislike? When I Work Works for Me

What do you like best? Ease of use. I love that there is an app on my phone and that I can easily check my schedule and those of my team. What do you dislike? Not a fan of the group chat. It would be nice if you could direct responses to an individual without everyone else seeing it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
