When I Work Makes Scheduling Stress-Free

What do you like best? I love how user friendly When I Work is! My company uses it every day to book and schedule our labor teams, and I appreciate that it is as seamless to use as it is aesthetically pleasing (very colorful). I also love that it gives you the freedom to customize it how you want - create schedules, employees, shifts, and positions in seconds! When I Work App is Great

What do you like best? It is easy to use, and updates us on our schedule and changes immediately. What do you dislike? There are not many visuals, i would consider it just a tad too simple. Recommendations to others considering the product: This is a great too to have around the office. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A 'must-have' time saver in your online kit

The software comes with an incredibly user-friendly interface even for savvy employees to manage their schedule. I, personally, check my shifts and do swaps with colleagues when necessary. Streamlined Scheduling

What do you like best? Great platform for employees and management to keep an up to date schedule. Love the auto-schedule feature as well as the shift drop feature for employees that allows all changes to be made in real-time. I like that the employees are able to put in their availability themselves rather than the old way of sending a text/email/handwritten note where I had to compile and keep track of everyone's availability. Efficient, but difficult to request time off

What do you like best? It wasn't very buggy, quite intuitive, user friendly. Tracking hours was easy within the app. The messaging feature was easy to use, though sometimes the notifications wouldn't show up. Excellent scheduling software

What do you like best? It is quite easy to navigate your personalized schedule, view total hours, and see who else is working at what time. What do you dislike? It is not yet possible to view the monthly schedule for yourself. One has to go into the team schedule and select themselves in order to see it, which can be annoying. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The UI looks quite good; everything is easy to see.
