"Nice UX, high customizability and an excellent customer success team"
What do you like best about Whatfix? The Whatfix Studio UI is easy to use and provides a very rich feature set to drive product adoption—we're able to customize onboarding flows and add specific tooltips per tenant (account) and per user. Especially, the ability to identify specific elements in the product (we use AG grid which makes it tricky) is critical for us and Whatfix was the only tool among the ones evaluated that delivered that.

What do you like best about Whatfix?
