"Exactly what we needed"
What do you like best about WhatConverts? It solves so many problems for us all in one platform. The interface is great, the customer support has been awesome and it's very robust yet simplified. What do you dislike about WhatConverts? We have not encountered any issues so far. What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about WhatConverts? Very easy to use and integrate with Google analytics and Google ads. What do you dislike about WhatConverts? Nothing, I think it's great coming from Call Rail. What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking calls and texts.

What do you like best about WhatConverts? WC has given our agency the ability to clearly track the leads we generate and showcase the ROI our clients receive from working with us. Clients love being able to see the backend and the quotable lead percentage, quotable value, and also the sales value of each qualified lead. What do you like best about WhatConverts? The customer service is fantastic and always helpful. Though, I rarely need to contact them. What do you dislike about WhatConverts? The only negative is that there is no app. So, I have to login through phone browser and the interface is [understandably] clunky. What problems is WhatConverts solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking leads.
