Recommended! Easy to use and great service

I created my WeTravel account last year and added my group tours within an hour. It is super easy and intuitive to use. I also talked to Mattia Gubbini over the phone and he gave me some useful insights and offered to help. The customer service is definitely top-notch! It also helped that Mattia speaks different languages. I hope to keep using this platform for my upcoming tours!

It is an excellent payment platform, not only because of the huge reduction in transaction costs and commissions, but also because of the customisation of plans and the ability to integrate payment links into the website. The support is almost immediate and very complete.

Katie was great in reaching out to me and to quickly explain the benefits to my company for using WeTravel. She initially caught me at a very busy time during tour season, but was politely persistent in following up with me at my request, answering questions and moving me along to eventually onboarding.
