I’ve been waiting for my refund for a trip I’ve had to cancel. It’s been over a month. I’ve paided a total of 1/2 of $2022. This Wetravel company is fraudulent and the organization is horrible. The trip organizer is now the one accountable for my refund. Everything is confusing and frustrating. Update : The trip organizer has been dodging me about my refund and I had to take the matter to the courthouse this is ridiculous.

Shady business practices

In 2019, I experienced the worse nightmare and lack of customer service with this company. U.S. businesses and travelers, BEWARE!!! This is a foreign based, shady company. They promised me a teleconference at sign up and then sent me an email with a string of links, stating they no longer do teleconferences. The is the first problem. It wasn't until after my travelers began making payments on the trip that I was told I may be partially verified, which meant I couldn't finance my tour ...

Great platform for my travel purposes. Affordable and easy to navigate for making reservations and payments. The customer service team is very helpful and responsive - e.g., Kim let me know about my flight change which the travel agency didn't even inform me of. I would have missed my flight, otherwise. I would use them again.

highly recommended for tour operators with international customers

we at andean summit adventure in Ecuador have been using wetravel for over a year now and it was the best thing that could happen to us. we love their solutions, support and simplicity. international payments are a huge headache in a country like Ecuador, but wetravel solved all of our challenges way better than anyhow expected ... we're looking very much forward to a new dynamic start as covid is getting controlled (or we're learning how do deal with it). highly recommend wetravel!
