We have found the customer service at WeTravel to be exceptional. Real humans, real relationship, real care for our business. While the platform does have a few limitations, we have been able to work with them, and WeTravel seems eager for our feedback. We see them adding new features regularly, so I truly do think they are listening to their clients. We are so grateful to Eileen for her very personalized service to our staff.
