We have found the customer service at WeTravel to be exceptional. Real humans, real relationship, real care for our business. While the platform does have a few limitations, we have been able to work with them, and WeTravel seems eager for our feedback. Before we wrap up, she always leaves me with additional resource numbers in case I'm not able to reach her. That shows that our needs are important and if she is not available to answer something, she wants to make sure, we are still supported.
