WeTravel is specifically designed for multi-day tours, which have a much higher price point to regular tours and different needs. We appreciate the ease of use, the stability, and the flexibility of the WeTravel platform. The support team is also responsive and helpful.

Buyer beware

We have had two interactions with we travel and are not impressed! In the first instance they added $100 to take a payment and in the second, they turned our purchase of ferry tickets over to middle men who have eaten up half our day! Poor service and we still do not have our tickets despite buying them months ago! Buyer beware! I would not use we travel again.

"Customer support is non existent - Canceled a Fully Paid For account without any notification"

Not sure, once I entered all of my data including customer records and credit card information, my account was cancelled and they retained all of my client data and information What do you dislike about WeTravel?
