Our experience with WeTravel has been great since Day 1! Setting up a payment page is quick and easy, and easy for our customers when it comes time to pay. Anytime we do bump into an issue or have a question, Moses and Makenna on the WeTravel team are responsive, friendly and helpful. I'm so glad we switched to WeTravel--one of the best things we've done for the growth of our company this year!

There is no way this business has 4.8 out of 5. They are thieves. Their chargeback process is a scam. People do a chargeback and always win. We have people that have traveled on our trips and then filed a chargeback - and won! That is fraud! All wetravel says, it is up to the bank. No, it is not. A business can appeal; wetravel won't let you. You ask them for all the information they send to the traveler's bank - they say they destroy. Yes, they destroy it! Completely illegal. There are ...

Solid, Secure System & Top Notch CS - Very Happy

WeTravel works exactly as described and after a couple years of using the system and running a few dozen tours within it, our company has yet to experience any issues; and when a team member has questions, an email to our POC is answered immediately and resolved same day. After having used other options in the past, (including a system created specifically for us), we are very pleased with WeTravel and will happily continue to use their services. Highly recommend.
