1:1 support all the way - how it should be with WeTravel

Oscar Chapman from WeTravel went above and beyond to make sure that I can familiarise myself with the platform. From setting up itineraries to bookings - he was there on every step along the way to help me. WeTravel is a great platform and I intend to use it more, not less, in the future.

We have been working with WeTravel since 2018 and have been impressed with their commitment to continued improvement of the product and their responsiveness to the feedback from users. They are the only product we found that allows guests to pay a deposit and later subsequent payments allowing us to customize payment plans for individual tours and customers.

Nifty and efficient for group tour handling

WeTravel has become really nifty and a handy addition to our booking software tools. It's particularly handy if you have many different nationalities of clients and bigger group tours where participants want to pay separately. The payouts are reliable and fast the conversion rates and fees fair. The Trip Builder is as easy and fast as can be and the customer support personal and efficient. I really love working with WeTravel - my account manager is Oscar! :)

Really positive experience!

We've had a really positive experience with WeTravel so far. Building out our own booking and payment platform was not something we had time or resources to do. WeTravel has been the solution we needed. Their customer support is fantastic and we've had zero issues. Every time something has come up - whether it be a question or something needing to be fixed, it's been handled immediately. So for the functionality and the overall support you get, completely worth it.
