When you signup for a paid account (like we have), you gain extra storage, branding capabilities (adding videos and images about your company), and more fine grained control over the files stored in the account. Appalling. WeTransfer have changed the functionality of the Pro account (which they charge for) removing the ability to change the ‘from’ email address which is how we use it, they are refusing a refund and refusing to return the functionality. Outrageous arrogance, and complete disregard for customers and their businesses. They are saying they never intended for the functionality in the ‘from’ email to be used by users. - ridiculous! Once sent files to an address, the address is stored in contacts!+ Good customer service (been in touch with them twice, fast respons and very kind people that actually want to help you out, they gave me months free when I was in trouble)- I've had some difficulties finding links back (cause I send quite some links).
