Too little, too late

Too little, too late! If it takes six days for WeTransfer to answer an email requesting help with their website, WeTransfer is not worth it. My client and I found a different way to transfer a file. They need to get in a different business since you can't do this right.... and you don't offer an UNSUBSCRIBE link? Perfect. I just send you to the Junk files and block you. SHAME ON Them!!! 🤬

Twice now...it has taken over 24 hours…

Twice now...it has taken over 24 hours to transfer relatively small files.....125mb. The second time it was over 30 hours, it kept saying 6 mins left, then 12, then 30 mins then 5 mins etc etc.......This is way to frustrating for me to use.Never Again!!
