Excellent tool for sending heavy files to collaborators and coworkers

What do you like best? Being able to send large files and good resolution What do you dislike? The expiration time to download the file is very short Recommendations to others considering the product: perfect for heavy files and fast delivery What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Send files quickly, safely and efficiently that other platforms do not allow to send.

Fast and clean, very intuitive.

What do you like best? It's free for the most part and they don't make you jump through hoops to use the free version. What do you dislike? I haven't had any problems with WeTransfer. Recommendations to others considering the product: WeTransfer has bailed me out of a jam on several occasions. They should do a take on the old Fedex line, "When it absolutely, positively, has to be there now!" There's no learning curve and your file ends up as an easily downloadable link ...

used to be great now gone right downhill

WeTransfer until recently provided a good useful easy to use service that worked well. No longer - as I have seen in other reviews it has gone downhill to the point it is totally useless1) their once helpful interface has been changed to a cluttered mess that keeps changing to something I am not at all interested in2) It now demands i register even for the free service 3) I requested a link to set a password - nothing came tried again - nothing again and again. Incredibly useful

What do you like best? WeTransfer is very helpful when sending large documents. Background photos or artwork are pleasant to see while waiting for your file to be uploaded. The download link will expire after 1 week if you're a free user which I think is fair enough. What do you dislike? We transfer

What do you like best? It's pretty easy to drag and drop all files in order to upload them. Uploads are fast and easy. I never encounter any problems or bugs when I send links to my clients. The platform is pretty straightforward. I love that it allows me to have a preview of the files I have uploaded without having to download them. Quick and Efficient

What do you like best? Easy and simple to use, great file size limitation, rapid send, precise to any mistakes before sending. 12 hours with no results.

I used WeTransfer App yesterda, trying to transfer a file. After 12 .hours, the app indicated that the remaining time was 2 hours, after the app had indicated that the remaining time was 7 minutes. The file never transfered.

Horrible

Horrible! Always gives an error message when you try to transfer files & you have to try all day long in order for it to work! Customer service also has not gotten back to me in a week citing service issues due to Covid
