PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? WeTransfer helps us send large files via email by compressing them. We only need to contact our recipient, give the file, and that's it. It's really simple. Also, I like that we can preview the file before downloading them. What aspects are problematic or could work better? This app is useless.

This app is useless. I have told my suppliers we will not accept files from this app. Some files sent were corrupted. They say they keep files for a week but four day later they had disappeared. Find another app or preferably zip file them to an email.

after four days of awaiting the transfer of a large file, they told me it was completed and then i contacted my school and they said they never received. then i got an email from we transfer saying that there was an error and i need to re upload the same files which will take me another 4 days.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love how simple it is and how much we are allowed to transfer using the WeTransfer. I can easily send files to my colleagues and clients without the need to enroll, and when we got the Plus, it lets us save up to 100GB of storage to their own cloud. It is entirely safe and secure. And, most importantly, one does not need to be tech-savvy when using WeTransfer. What aspects are problematic or could work better? There is nothing ...

Really dissappointed

I praised wetransfer so much when I first used it years ago and now it is always upgrade upgrade upgrade. All I want to do is send up to about 100MB of stuff each time to my publishing clients. I already have 2 TB of storage so why are you driving genuine fans away with a clumsier interface makes me sadly return to Dropbox!

It was so good when it was good but now........

oh no I have to give another bad review. I used to love this website. So handy and generous. I used it many times , no hassle , no problems very efficient. Now though.....hours to upload a file and then nothing at the end of it. Very friendly customer service but ineffective alas.

I wanted to send some files to a friend, but was instead harassed by dodgy, hypocritical identity politics. Didn't know WeTransfer had a political agenda, will use a different provider in the future. A less condescending one maybe.
