What do you like best about Welcome? Running webinars is core to our business, so it's super important that the user experience is great. Welcome makes it easy for my small team to host experiences that feel high-end and like there's a production crew behind the scenes. What do you like best about Welcome? Support is readily available to assist whenever help needed. What do you dislike about Welcome? It wasn't as intuitive as we had hoped. Often had to call support to figure out the system. What problems is Welcome solving and how is that benefiting you? We no longer use the platform.

The speaker, presentation, and audience management features take a little while to get used to, but provide some helpful tools to communicate privately between presenters and share content seamlessly. What do you like best about Welcome? The thing I like best about Welcome is the ease of use and the roles within the platform. When doing a webinar, it is easy to coordinate who is live and speaking and who is helping behind the scenes. What do you dislike about Welcome? I dislike the bubbles that pop up and can hide areas of the screen during the webinar. I imagine there is a bar that could be built that might be less intrusive.
