Weglot customer support
I am a customer of the Weglot translation tool and anytime I have needed support, the team members have been incredibility thorough with a high quality solution approach. Alexis with Weglot is always patient and has been able to address any questions in a timely manner even though they are 6 hours ahead. Alexis and team provides a full explanation to guide me to understand how to resolve or learn approaches in setting up certain translation requirements.

Great Customer support
Customer Support Agent (Maxence) is very nice and reply mail quickly with a step-by-step instruction (even you use the free plan). This tool is amazing.
