Great and efficient customer service
I had a great experience using Weglot and interacting with the customer support team (Will), who provided me with very quick and accurate advice regarding a tech issue I had with translating my website. A newcomer to the field of website design, I had created a site using website builder squarespace and relying on Weglot for the multilingual version of the website. So far, great!
First of all, Weglot provided exactly what they said they will - a true replica translation. I only chose one language during the trial - German - and I asked one of my well spoken German acquaintances to read over it. She was impressed. She had already experienced the English version and she was left with he same level of inspiration and excitement after reading it. Support is always timely and it sounds personal and caring. Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. Although only reachable by email, the answers are direct and very precise. Today I made a mistake in processing the tool, but thanks to Christophe from customer service, everything was back online and perfect in no time. PERFECT!!
