Weglot is a absolutely helpful tool…
Weglot is a absolutely helpful tool that replaces most of the translation work on our website. The automatic translations are of very good quality, we needed to replace only few words and expressions. The backend is very intuitive. For the few questions we had, we contacted the support team and got immediately helpful, professional and friendly answers. Thanks a lot dear Guillaume, Corentin, Jeremy and colleagues! <3

Fast & superfriendly customer support
The customer support from Baptiste was one of the best I have ever experienced. My credit card got charged with a wrong amout which was quite high. Baptiste answered very polite and super fast. He could manage in a couple of hours to locate my subscription, cancel it, and process a refund for the payment. That's worth 5 stars plus an extra one as he really walked the xtra mile! Thank you so much!

Can be improved but they seems are working really hard.
User experience and understand of tool could be improved, but, I have asked support of customer service and I got quick and full answer from Fanny. So honestly thanks now I understood how weglot works!

Works better than expected!
I tried Weglot to translate our company website. Well, the product is definitely the best on the market and it works better than expected! The language selection button is not quite perfect. So I contacted support and received an extremely courteous and satisfactory response. Really great.
